Is there a way to keep both versions (DCEF3) and (CEF4) for a while ? I know both share the same component name (TChromium etc), so i'm not sure if this would be possible...

I've never tried that...
Perhaps you can install both of them in Delphi if you change some component names but you can only use one of them in an application.
