Tell me the complete algorithm for updating CEF components in delphi. Maybe it’s enough just to update the binary files or the components need the same.

If you already have a working application which uses CEF4Delphi then all you need is to upgrade the CEF binaries and take a look at the "BREAKING CHANGES" thread.
