An issue regarding this problem has been opened on CEF project :

https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/cef/issues/3401/crash-after-selecting-file-in-file-dialog

Please, as soon as they make a new binary with the fix, make CEF4Delphi update as soon as possible ; this is a critical issue.

Download the latest CEF4Delphi version from GitHub.
The CEF binaries include the fix for this issue.
