check again your urls are exe ( Generic/HEUR/QVM05.1.C607.Malware.Gen)

Google removed Flash support from Chromium on January 2021 :

This is the last version of CEF4Delphi with all the code to load the Flash plugin from January 14th, 2021 :

If you have problems loading Flash with that version then try this release :
