Update to CEF 80.1.2

Hi,

CEF4Delphi is now updated to CEF 80.1.2

This is what's new in the CEF libraries :

• Chromium 80.0.3987.149

This is what's new in CEF4Delphi :

• Added the classes, types, interfaces, constants and components for the media device discovery and messaging. I'll create a demo about this as soon as I can.
• Added more code comments to the SimpleOSRBrowser demo.
• Removed TBufferPanel.OnWrongSize
• Removed TFMXBufferPanel.OnWrongSize

These are the CEF binaries :

WARNING : The cookies issue is still unresolved.
