Update to CEF 81.2.15

Hi,

CEF4Delphi has been updated to CEF 81.2.15

This is what's new in CEF :

Chromium 81.0.4044.92
Demos in OSR mode have a call to CefCheckAltGrPressed to detect if the AltGr key was pressed.
Added TUrlParts.fragment and TCefUrlParts.fragment
Added TCefCompositionUnderline.style

This is what's new in CEF4Delphi code since the last announcement :

Added TFMXChromium.ScreenScale
Fixed issue #271 : "Incorrect browser size when form is resized in OSR mode with a high DPI screen"
Fixed issue #273 : "Wrong TFMXWindowParent size and position with high DPI monitor"

The CEF binaries are this :
