CEF4Delphi is now updated to CEF 81.2.19

- Fix handling of partial range request https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... 099a3273ee
- FMX demos in OSR mode : Added more conditional compilation directives and fixed some procedure parameters to avoid issues in 64 bits.
- MediaRouter demo : Now the log is updated more frequently and the messages are encoded but I have to confirm that I'm using the right encoding
This demo still crashes when you close it.
