What CEF4Delphi version and operating system are you using?
Can this issue be reproduced with any of the demos?

Windows 7 cef_binary_94.4.11 yes you can reproduce this issue with any of the demos

I just tested the DOMVisitor demo in Windows 7 and the context menu option to set the input value using JavaScript works fine after minimizing and restoring the form.
I used the latest CEF4Delphi version which was updated to CEF 97.1.5 today.
Please, upgrade your application to the latest CEF4Delphi version.
