That demo is not working in the last versions of the CEF binaries. It's a known bug :
https://github.com/salvadordf/CEF4Delphi/issues/68

I'll take a look as soon as I can.

I created the new "issue" in github as soon as I detected it but it could have appeared in a previous version.

Demo appliction not working.
