Would it be possible to sort this folder 'newest first'?

There are several ways to change the post order :

Open the topic and scroll to the bottom. Click on the button that shows the hint "Display and sorting options". It's at the bottom-left of the last post.
Go to your "User Control Panel" and select the "Board preferences" tab. Then select "Edit display options" and update the "Display post order direction" value.
