BriskBard, CEF4Delphi, WebView4Delphi, WebUI4Delphi and WebUI4CSharp

Hi,

I just did a minor update to CEF4Delphi. Now it uses CEF 3.3396.1782.gc368dbf.

It doesn't include any changes that we can notice but I didn't want to skip too many CEF builds before updating CEF4Delphi.

The CEF3 binaries are these :

• 32 bit -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 32.tar.bz2
• 64 bit -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 64.tar.bz2

And where better to find out what has changed or improved?

The last commits are related to MacOS, Linux, compiling support for some Visual Studio versions and a compiling bug for one of the tests.
All the other commits were available in the last CEF4Delphi version.
