Sorry but there are no releases. This is my first GitHub project and I should take some time to learn how to do that.
Anyhow, the oldest CEF4Delphi version with Lazarus/FPC support is this :

It uses CEF 3.3359.1772.gd1df190 which includes Chromium 66.0.3359.117
Before that version, CEF4Delphi only supported Delphi.
