Hi,

I updated CEF4Delphi to use CEF 3.3497.1831.g461fa1f, which includes Chromium 69.0.3497.100

The CEF3 binaries are these :

32 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 32.tar.bz2
64 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 64.tar.bz2

The OSR repaint bug and the high contrast theme bug are still present.
