I only have a Delphi 10 Starter license and I can't create a D7 project. Other people sent me the D7 dpr for the simplebrowser demo.

I would suggest you to download the Delphi 10.2 Starter edition from here :
https://www.embarcadero.com/products/de ... l-download

It's FREE and you can familiarize with CEF4Delphi enough to recreate a D7 project.
