Update to CEF 74.1.19

Hi,

The new CEF4Delphi version is now updated to CEF 74.1.19

This is what's new :

Chromium 74.0.3729.157
Converted almost all the demos to Lazarus thanks to avra!!!
Reorganized the "demos" directory.

The CEF binaries are these :

32 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 32.tar.bz2
64 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 64.tar.bz2

The issues with the frames and frame names are still present.
