Hi,

It's the first time I see that error but if you search in google "10053 Software caused connection abort"
you'll get plenty of information and some possible solutions for other software.

It looks like a problem inside the chromium source code and CEF doesn't allow to configure connection timeouts.

If you can recreate that problem with the official test client called cefclient you could ask about it in the official CEF forum but they'll probably tell you that you should send a bug report to the chromium project.
