Please, download the latest CEF4Delphi version from GitHub :
https://github.com/salvadordf/CEF4Delphi

Those properties are enabled again.

I tested several webrtc pages and some failed but this one worked for my camera and mic :

This one used to work but now it fails even on Chromium :

I tested the official CEF sample application with the same results.
