Re: Add to Delphinus

I've already added the Delphinus.Info.json and Delphinus.Install.json files to the repository. The readme.md file includes the text "Delphinus-Support" and I also added the "delphinuspackage" topic.
If I'm not mistaken and everything is correctly configured I think Delphinus will show CEF4Delphi the next time I create a "release" in GitHub.
