Hi,
I checked again and Flash works as expected in the MiniBrowser with the latest CEF4Delphi version as long as you have installed the Adobe Flash Player.
By default, CEF4Delphi uses the Flash plugin that is installed in the system as described here :

But you can also use a custom path for the plugin. Read this thread :

There are several websites that test the flash player in your browser. Some of them are these :
