New server for the CEF binaries

Hi,
The CEF project is now using a new host for the automated CEF builds. The new addres is this one :
https://cef-builds.spotifycdn.com/index.html
The old host has stopped receiving new builds, and will be removed completely after December 1, 2020.
I've updated the links in all CEF4Delphi releases, the latest "readme.md" file and the last version announcement in this forum.
If you keep a copy from an old version you can download the CEF binaries from the new server.
