BriskBard, CEF4Delphi, WebView4Delphi, WebUI4Delphi and WebUI4CSharp

If the Web browser configuration had a panel to edit the search engines so that new ones could be added, that would be a nice addition. For example, I prefer Ecosia, and it would be good to be able to manually add it to the list.

Also, for some of the existing search engines, I have a user ID, and being able to edit the search URL to include it would be helpful too.
