BriskBard, CEF4Delphi, WebView4Delphi, WebUI4Delphi and WebUI4CSharp

Sometimes the browser can not open a single site, as if there is no Internet connection.
But after a while it works fine, what could be the reason?
Similar I noticing still on cef3.

Did you test that on a CEF4Delphi demo?
Are you behind a firewall or VPN?
Do other browsers have the same behavior?

Any native app, including a Demo.
With the Internet there is no problem with conventional browsers and other programs in General, too.
This rarely occurs and it is difficult to understand why.

If this problem also happens in the official CEF demo then it might be a CEF issue :
