Vimeo uses the h.264 video codec.

You need to compile the CEF3 binaries with propietary codec support enabled.

You need to install Flash to play the last video link as explained here:

You only have to install Flash following this tutorial :

Nothing else is required because GlobalCEFApp.FlashEnabled is True by default.
