Hi,

This is a small update to CEF4Delphi that includes 2 bug fixes in the CEF3 binaries :

GlobalCEFApp.OnContextCreated had an empty frame.URL when you created a popup window. https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... d-override
Setting GlobalCEFApp.Locale didn't set the datetime format. https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... t-localize
