Please test that website with BriskBard and Chrome.

Make sure you close the session before trying to log in again into that website with the same web browser.

As far as I know, even if you don't close the session, the browser should ask you for the certificate if you deleted the cookies correctly.

Check that you set the "aResult" parameter to TRUE in the OnSelectClientCertificate event.
