Hi,

This is just a small CEF4Delphi update to CEF 76.1.9

This is the only relevant change in the CEF binaries :

Fix missing marshaling for CefSettings::root_cache_path member https://bitbucket.org/chromiumembedded/ ... fcd92a7182

The CEF binaries used by CEF4DElphi are these :

32 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 32.tar.bz2
64 bits -> http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... 64.tar.bz2
