I still haven't upgraded to 10.3.2 and I can't test this. Perhaps TFMXWindowParent needs to be refreshed manually.

Check the TFMXWindowParent's properties to see if any of them needs to be updated manually when the application is restored.

I just updated CEF4Delphi with your workaround. Thanks!
