Sorry but I only have a Delphi Starter license and I can only create apps or projects for Windows in 32 bit.
In addition to that, I know nothing about programming for Linux, Mac OS, Android, etc.

CEF4Delphi still has some Windows dependencies and you would need to add some code to handle messages and some dialogs.
