Hi:

I just updated CEF4Delphi with a bugfix for the win64 access violation and build error in the minibrowser demo.

I updated the DLL check functions for CEF 3.2924.1571.gcdcdfa9 and I also added a new parameter in TCEFApplication.Create to skip the function that reads the version of chrome_elf.dll.
