I'm afraid I don't have much experience with VPNs and this seems to be an internal Chromium issue.

You can test several things :
  • Try calling TChromium.ReloadIgnoreCache in your application when you reconnect to the VPN
  • Try the TabBrowser demo and reconnect to the VPN. Create a new tab if necessary to load the URL.
  • Download the official CEF3 sample application and try to reconnect the VPN : http://opensource.spotify.com/cefbuilds ... nt.tar.bz2
