The CEF version supported by CEF4Delphi is specified in the readme.md file and the CEF_SUPPORTED_VERSION_* constants declared in uCEFApplicationCore.pas
The CEF source has references to the Chromium version but it's easier to see the CEF and Chromium versions in the "Automated build" website :
