Is the Professional edition of Delphi 10.3 enough to install CEF4Delphi ?

That's nice to hear as i'll probably buy this edition too.
Can i ask something off-topic ? Is not clearly for me if this edition will miss things i really need. In practical terms, do you know what this edition really lacks in comparison with the more expensive ones ?
I just develop Win32 apps, with some database connection using IBX and DBX.
