Rendering issue with special characters

Hi,

we are using CEF4-Delphi and facing rendering issue with special characters (kindly refer the attached screenshot)

Question mark symbol ( ? ) is displaying instead of Down arrow.

Kindly let me know your thoughts on this.

This seems an encoding issue.

Is the HTML page using entity references for the arrows?
For example, for a left arrow you can use ← ← ← ← ← ← ←
