Starting with JavaScript

Hello,

I have to start learning JavaScript in order to integrate it with CEF4D. Can anybody point out a website where I can find information on how to start?
What I am interested in specifically is a quick way to learn how to inspect the DOM and how to find sizes of frames/buttons.
