When I'm using Chrome, I can register and use IDM Integration Module plugin, and ask how to use this plug-in in CEF4? In addition, is there a common method to load the plug-in for CEF4Delphi?

Sorry but I haven't had time to read all the info about browser extensions.
The CEF3 classes and functions are present in CEF4Delphi but it's necessary to add more code to your app to handle the extensions.
