That error code seems to be related to incorrect signatures of some Windows drivers. Windows can't verify the digital signature of some driver while booting and it shows the 0xC0000428 error code.

Other software download sites also check the installer with every BriskBard update and none of them have reported any problem.

BriskBard doesn't install any driver and the official installer that you can find in www.briskbard.com is checked using more than 60 antivirus programs found in virustotal.com :This particular error code can appear out of nowhere but users have confirmed that its most common occurrence is right after they perform a major update or after they have switched from Windows 7, 8, or 8.1 to Windows 10.
